We had such a wonderful day, and the feedback from our guests about the venue has been overwhelmingly positive. Everyone commented on how welcoming and beautiful the venue was. The team was friendly and attentive throughout the day– a real credit to you and the whole team.

We’d also love to pass on our thanks to the chef. The lunch was absolutely delicious and exactly the quality we hope to offer at our events.

I just wanted to thank you all for  everything you did on our engagement party on the 11th July. The food was delicious with fantastic portions and the service throughout the night was great. Everybody had a wonderful time.

We have an absolutely lovely day and thoroughly enjoyed the Tour which was my birthday gift to my partner. This was our first experience of Tern Hill Hall and we were very impressed with the attention to detail shown from the pre-event information, quality of venue and food on the day (delicious!) to the route plan which was easy to follow and spot on !

We understand a huge amount of thought and effort goes in behind the scenes and wanted to say thank you, we loved it !

I just wanted to take the time to say a massive thank you to yourself, the front of house staff and the chefs for the other night. All of the staff were so polite and patient, and always smiling. The food was also delicious – so many people came up to me to tell me it was! I appreciate everything each individual did to make the night run so smoothly, so thank you very much.
