Ceremony Spaces

Looking for Asian wedding halls across the West Midlands? Our Orangery and Ballroom combine to create one of the region’s largest and most flexible ceremony spaces.

The Orangery & Ballroom

Our Orangery is a bright, beautifully proportioned space with large bi-folding doors that open directly onto the gardens. It provides a stunning backdrop for a Mandap, a Nikah, or any ceremonial ritual that calls for space, light, and elegance. The Orangery seats up to 150 guests for a ceremony, and when opened into the adjoining Ballroom, the combined space accommodates up to 240 guests.

The flexibility of this space means it can be dressed in your own colours, florals, and décor to reflect your cultural heritage and personal vision. Your decorator and suppliers are welcome to set up in advance.

The Dining Room

For more intimate ceremonies or pre-wedding celebrations, our Dining Room seats up to 50 guests and features original period details, open fires, and garden views. It is an ideal setting for a smaller blessing, a close-family Mehndi, or an intimate Nikah ceremony.

Catering: Authentic Asian Food at Your Wedding

We know that food is central to any Asian wedding celebration. That is why we have partnered with a carefully selected group of experienced external Asian catering companies who specialise in authentic cuisine, from traditional Indian and Pakistani dishes to South Asian fusion menus.

You will choose from our approved list of caterers, and they will bring everything needed to prepare and serve the food your guests will love. There is a one-off external catering charge of £1,000.

In-House Catering

If you would prefer to use our own in-house team of chefs, they create a range of modern and classic dishes using local suppliers and produce. Options include:

  • Canapés – five per person, £10.95pp
  • Three-course wedding breakfast with tea, coffee, and homemade petit fours – £69pp
  • Evening food from £15pp

Drinks

We offer a range of drinks packages, or we can create a bespoke package to suit your needs. A corkage option is available for daytime drinks (reception, table, and toast drinks) at £15pp, if you prefer to supply your own.

Hall Hire Charges 2026

All hall hire includes exclusive use of the hall and grounds from 12pm on your wedding day.

Begin Your Celebrations the Day Before

Why wait until the wedding day to start celebrating? Our day-before hire package lets you arrive early with up to 24 guests, settle in, and begin the festivities together.

Day-Before Package from £3,500 (subject to availability)

Includes, for up to 24 guests arriving from 2pm:

  • A glass of Prosecco on arrival
  • A two-course evening meal
  • 12 double en-suite bedrooms

This is a wonderful option for a Mehndi evening, a family dinner, or simply time together before the big day.

On-Site Accommodation

Tern Hill Hall has 12 individually styled en-suite guest bedrooms, all reserved exclusively for you and your guests on the wedding day. Staying on-site means your closest family and friends can fully relax, celebrate late into the evening, and wake up the following morning to a freshly cooked breakfast together.

Accommodation is available from £160 per night for two guests, including breakfast.
